Terrance A. Hudson 62, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 1:10 A.M. Wednesday February 22, 2017 at his residence.

He was born on November 15, 1954 in Anderson, Indiana, the son of William and Bonnie (Weise) Hudson. At a young age, his family moved to Fillmore, New York where he spent his child hood years. After graduating from high school, he enlisted in the United States Navy serving for four years. He briefly settled in Boston, Massachusetts after his service with the Navy before deciding to move to the west coast. His journey west led him to stop in South Bend, Indiana. There he met and eventually married Kathleen Gohn, on June 5, 1982.

Mr. Hudson had worked as a Licensed Practical nurse for many years in South Bend, Indiana at various nursing homes and at St. Joseph Medical Center. He had worked for many years at Life Care Center of Rochester before retiring. In his leisure time he enjoyed fishing, hunting, motorcycles and recently enjoyed Mandela Art.

Survivors include his wife, Kathleen Hudson, Rochester, Indiana, son, Loyd Hudson and wife Michelle Barbuch, Zionsville, Indiana, grandchildren, Zoey and Sidney Hudson, both of Zionsville, Indiana, sisters, Beth White, Fillmore, New York, Nancy McNurtry, Nunda, New York, brother, William Hudson, Fillmore, New York, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, William Hudson and mother, Bonnie Thomas and step father Gordon Thomas.

Graveside services will be conducted at 1:30 P.M. Saturday February 25, 2017 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana, with Rev. David Moore officiating. Military graveside rites will be conducted by the Fulton County Veterans’ Honor Guard. The family will receive friends immediately following graveside services at the Rochester Meats & Deli Manitou Banquet Room at the corner of 9th Street and Wabash Avenue for continued fellowship.
