Merle W. Ramer, 21, 2027 E. 600 North, Rochester, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2016 at  8:45 P.M. from injuries sustained in a bicycle and motor vehicle accident. 

He was born on December 28, 1994 in Elkhart, Indiana, the son of Mark K. and Irene (Weaver) Ramer. On May 12, 2016 in Rochester, Indiana, he married Etta Imhoff, and she survives. Merle had been a construction worker for Built Rite of Rochester, Indiana.

Survivors include his wife, Etta Ramer, Rochester, Indiana, parents, Mark K. and Irene Ramer, Rochester, Indiana,  brothers, Simon Ramer, Silvanus Ramer, Timothy Ramer, Kervin Ramer, Caleb Ramer, Luke Allen Ramer, sisters, Marcile Ramer, Rachel Ramer, and Margaret Ramer, all at home, Rochester, Indiana, grandparents, David and Nancy Ramer, Tippecanoe, Indiana, maternal grandparents , Warren and Lydia Weaver, New Paris, Indiana, maternal great- grandparents, Christian and Lydia Weaver, Goshen, Indiana, many uncles, aunts and cousins.

Family and friends may visit at the home of Keith Imhoff, 4136  E. 550 North, Rochester, Indiana on Saturday November 19, 2016  from 6-8 P.M., and on  Sunday November 20, 2016 from 2-5 P.M. and 6–8 P.M. Funeral Services will be held on Monday November 21, 2016 at 9:45 A.M. at Tippecanoe Old Order Mennonite Church, Rochester, Indiana. Burial will be in the Tippecanoe Old Order Mennonite Cemetery.
