Jack Fulton Cochran 64, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 5:20 P.M. Saturday September 3, 2016 at his residence.

He was born on November 19, 1951 in La Porte, Indiana, the son of Donald E. and Helen I. (Heflick) Cochran Sr. On September 21, 1993 in Rochester, Indiana, he married Dorothy Elizabeth Ingram and she survives.

Jack served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. He worked for Midwest Spring in Mentone, Indiana for over twenty three years. He was a life time member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post and enjoyed bowling.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Cochran, Rochester, Indiana, son, Brandon Michael Cochran, Rochester, Indiana, step-children, Karen (Bailey) Lane, Bloomington, Illinois, James Bailey, Bloomington, Illinois, Mark Bailey, Rochester, Indiana, Jamie Warren, Rochester, Indiana, ten grandchildren, one great grandchild, brothers, Donald E. Cochran Jr., Rochester, Indiana, Andrew Cochran, Rochester, Indiana, Anthony “Tony” Cochran, Rochester, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and sisters, Karen Cochran and Rachael J. Swango.

Visitation will be from 5-8 P.M. Thursday September 8, 2016 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com
