One of my earliest childhood friends, Steve was always an adventure to be with Nothing was more fun than to be "loose" in Rochester with Steve, away from parents, in search of just the kind of boyhood prank Steve was expert at. Whether it was sneaking on to the Lincoln School fire escape slide, smoking an illicit cigarette, drinking more than our share of Cokes, or thinking of ways to annoy Julie or Aunt Margie, Steve was an inspiration. He was always a true-blue friend. I'll miss him a lot. Fondly, David
