Vivian A. Miller 70, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 8:49 A.M. on Friday, February 14, 2025 at her residence.

She was born on January 22, 1955 in Steubenville, Ohio. On October 4, 2003, in South Bend, Indiana, she married Vincent Miller, who survives her.

Vivian worked as an office manager for TLM Interstate Enterprise Inc., Rochester, Indiana. In her leisure time, she enjoyed art and painting.

Survivors include her husband, Vincent Miller, Rochester, Indiana, daughters, Denise (Dr. Matt) Bayes, San Antonio, Texas, Carrie (Mark) Arce, San Antonia, Texas, two grandchildren, two half-sisters, Chandra Poorman, Coshocton, Ohio, Saralyn Phelps, Coshocton, Ohio, half-brother, Richard Phelps, Coshocton, Ohio. Preceding her in death were her parents.
