Trey D. Hunter

Trey D. Hunter 22, Peru, Indiana, passed away Saturday morning, August 24, 2024, in Rochester, Indiana.

Trey was born on May 26, 2002 in South Bend, Indiana, the son of Nathan Hunter and Michelle (Wood) Kline. Trey was a graduate of the Class of 2020 at North Miami High School. During Trey’s time at North Miami Schools he participated in band, choir, robotics, soccer, football and basketball. On February 22, 2023 in Peru, Indiana, he married Rayvenn Harris and she survives.

 Trey was currently working for Altium Packaging in Argos, Indiana and was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Rochester. He enjoyed listening to music, playing his guitar, watching WWE, playing video games, his collection of action figures, spending time with his children and was an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Survivors include his wife, Rayvenn Hunter, Peru, Indiana, son, Karson Hunter, Peru, Indiana, step-son, Oakley Castle, Peru, Indiana, father, Nathan Hunter, Rochester, Indiana, mother, Michelle (Tim) Kline, Mexico, Indiana, brothers, Tyler (Emily Harrison) Hunter, Westfield, Indiana, Trevor Kline, Mexico, Indiana, sister, Mackenzie Kline, Mexico, Indiana, grandparents, Sara and James Gibbs, South Bend, Indiana, Phillip and Joyce Kline, Rochester, Indiana. Preceding Trey in death were his grandparents, David and Lorraine Hunter and Bruce Wood.

Memorial services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 30, 2024 at Trinity United Methodist Church, Rochester, Indiana. Burial will follow in Hamlet Cemetery, northeast of Rochester. Friends may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Thursday, August 29, 2024, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana and one hour prior to service Friday, August 30, 2024 at the church.
