Timothy Wayne Hoff 61, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 12:00 P.M. Sunday, June 7, 2026 at his residence.
He was born on November 24, 1964 in Peru, Indiana the son of John Isac and Donna Jean (Molden) Hoff. On May 29, 2004 in Rochester, Indiana, he married Julie (Freet) Leonard and she survives.
Tim had been a forklift driver at Rochester Metals for many years. He enjoyed working on his classic cars in his garage with his friends and deeply enjoyed being “Papa Tim” to his grandchildren. He will be lovingly remembered as a jokester always pulling off a good prank with his friends.
Survivors include his wife, Julie Hoff, Rochester, Indiana, children, Ashley (Fiancé’ Kyle Banter) Rottmiller, Rochester, Indiana, Alecia (Seth) Templeton, Rochester, Indiana, daughter-in-law, Victoria Leonard, Rochester, Indiana, grandchildren, Zeke Templeton, Xander Templeton, Zane Templeton, Ava Leonard, Bentley Banter, and Remington Banter all of Rochester, Indiana, sister, Donna (Rick) Steg, Peru, Indiana, father-in-law, Jerry Freet, San Antonio, Texas, brothers-in-laws, Jason Shepherd, Knox, Indiana, Phillip Freet, Knox, Indiana, Troy (Meghan) Freet, Illinois, sister-in-law, Kim Freet, Knox, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, David Leonard, brothers, John I. Hoff Jr., P. David Boyd, Charlie “Joe” Hoff, and brother-in-law, Jerry Freet.
