Spring Emma Somsel

Spring Emma Somsel 43, Logansport, Indiana, passed away at 4:37 A.M. Sunday, January 21, 2024 at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Kokomo, Indiana.

She was born on April 9, 1980 in Chicago, Illinois, the daughter of Randy and Terry Kimler Sr.

Spring grew up in the Chicago area and started working in food service for a company that provided concessions for all of Chicago’s professional sports’ teams. She enjoyed working all the stadiums in Chicago from Wrigley Field, U.S. Cellular Field, Soldier Stadium, and the United Center. After moving to Indiana, she worked for Wal-Mart and Four County Counseling, both of Logansport. She was a member of the Helm Street Church of God and enjoyed doing diamond art, watching movies, collecting snow globes, her cats White Sox and Sylvester and being a mom to her son, Angelis.

Survivors include her son, Angelis Luciano, Logansport, Indiana, mother, Terry Kimler, Mississippi, siblings, Samantha Kimler, Mississippi, Randy Kimler Jr., Peru, Indiana, Eric Kimler, Wichita, Kansas, Tiffany Kimler, Mississippi, numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.
