Robert G. McGrew 95, Fulton, Indiana, passed away at 1:23 P.M. Friday, September 12, 2025 at Life Care Center of Rochester.
He was born on November 14, 1929 in Fulton County, Indiana, the son of Glen and Dolores (Blacketor) McGrew. On November 15, 1947 in Fulton, Indiana, he married Nellie M. Gault. She preceded him in death on November 21, 2019.
Bob had been owner/operator of McGrew’s Well Drilling for over sixty years. He had attended Fulton Baptist Temple, Faith Outreach Center in Rochester and had been a member of the Indiana Ground Water Association. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and shooting.
Survivors include his children, Kenneth R. McGrew, Fulton, Indiana, Keith (Lynn) McGrew, Rochester, Indiana, grandchildren, Sara (Scott) MacGreagor, Fishers, Indiana, Rusty (Danielle) McGrew, Rochester, Indiana, Rob (Beth) McGrew, Kewanna, Indiana, Josie McGrew, Fulton, Indiana, Kelsie (Tanner) Giles, Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, fourteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchildren, sister-in-law, Freda McGrew, Rochester, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Kraig McGrew in 1975, brother, Donald McGrew, great grandchildren, Owen MacGreagor and McKinley Giles.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. Monday, September 15, 2025 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may call from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton Community Building.
