Phyllis Whitmore Obituary
Phyllis Ehrhardt Whitmore 98, Franklin, Indiana, and formerly of Nyona Lake, Macy, Indiana, passed away at 1:17 A.M. Saturday, March 18, 2023 at the Indiana Masonic Home, Franklin, Indiana.
She was born on May 2, 1924 in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of William and Helen (Ambuhl) Ehrhardt. On November 23, 1944 in Indianapolis, she married Dr. Russell M. Whitmore. He preceded her in death on March 7, 1963.
Survivors include her daughter, Christine Wells, Westfield, Indiana, son Russell W. (Sharon) Whitmore, Nashville, Indiana, six grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and two great-great grandchildren.
No services are scheduled at this time. Interment will take place at a later date at Crown Hill Cemetery, Indianapolis, Indiana. Memorial contribiutions may be made to the Fulton County Historical Society, 37 East 375 North, Rochester, Indiana 46975. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana.
