Paul David Thompson

Paul David Thompson 80, Rochester, Indiana, left this life to be with his Savior, Jesus, on May 25, 2022 at 12:30 A.M. at his residence.

He was born in Culver, Indiana on August 2, 1941 to Raymond and Triss (Hunter) Thompson.  After he graduated from Newport Pacific High School, Scranton, Pennsylvania, he enlisted in the army in 1960, serving three years.

After serving in Army, he made his home in Rochester, Indiana, and was employed at Rochester Metal Products and later at Torx for 34 years. He attended Riverview Community Church where he taught adult Sunday school for over 21 years, later attending Rochester Church of God.

In June 1965, he married Ruby Sutton Towne. She preceded him in death in 1992. He then married Jackie Ritchey who preceded him in death in 2012. He then married Carole Davis on May 16, 2015, and she preceded him in death on January 18, 2022.

Also preceding him in death were his parents, Sister Hazel Campbell, and daughter Lisa (Roger) Pettit. He is survived by many family and friends.

Private Services were conducted along with Military graveside services and interment at Citizens Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. On line condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com
