Michael "Mike" L. Grable

Michael “ Mike” L. Grable 67, Logansport, Indiana, passed away at 6:00 A.M. Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Vernon Health and Rehabilitation, Wabash, Indiana.

He was born on October 11, 1955 in Rochester, Indiana, the son of Leonard L. and Betty Jean (Metz) Grable. He graduated from Caston High School, Fulton, Indiana.

Mike was the owner and operator of Grable Burial Vault, Logansport, Indiana, for over thirty years. He had also operated a Taekwondo Academy in Logansport. He attended Metea Baptist Church and was an avid sports fan, especially following the Indianapolis Colts, where he had been longtime season ticket holder.

Survivors include his children, Sarah K. Grable, Indianapolis, Indiana, Brady Grable, Logansport, Indiana, father, Leonard (Alberta) Grable, Star City, Indiana, sister, Bonnie Morrow, Marion, Indiana, nephew, Adam (Patty) Morrow, Logansport, Indiana, one great niece and one great nephew. He was preceded in death by his mother.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, January 23, 2023, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may visit from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. Sunday, January 22, 2023 and one hour prior to service Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Metea Baptist Cemetery, Cass County, Indiana.
