Michael D. Bright

Michael D. Bright 71, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 1:56 P.M. Friday, December 25, 2020, at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester.

He was born on July 12, 1949 in Wabash, Indiana, the son of Junior and Martha (Roush) Bright. On February 24, 1968 at the Grace United Methodist Church in Rochester, he married Carol A. McGlothin. She preceded him in death on August 17, 2019.

Mr. Bright had been a truck driver for many years retiring from Diamond Trucking. He had been a member of the American Legion, V.F.W. and Eagles Lodge. He enjoyed working on and restoring cars, especially Hot Rods and classic cars and riding his motorcycle.

Survivors include his children, Brian (Jenifer) Bright, Rochester, Indiana, Heather (Herman) Medina, Rochester, Indiana, grandchildren, Chase Bright, Chandler Bright, Caitlynn Miller, Hayley Bright, Michael Bright, all of Rochester, Indiana, great grandchildren, Melanie Bright, Jaxon Bright, Travis Bright, and Zane Bright, all of Rochester, Indiana, sisters, Chris Bryant, South Whitley, Indiana, Cathy Milam, Oklahoma, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
