Lois Jean Scott

Lois Jean Scott 87, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 2:15 P.M. Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at Woodbridge Health Campus, Logansport, Indiana.

She was born on June 6, 1934 in Camden, Indiana, the daughter of Thurlow and Vera (Isaacs) George. On June 25, 1961 in Camden, Indiana, she married Robert W. Scott. He preceded her in death on December 22, 2012.

Jean had been a homemaker and had also worked as a Bank Teller at Logansport State Bank and the former Farmer’s and Merchant Bank in Rochester. She had been an avid Indiana University and Notre Dame fan.

Survivors include her children, Kevin (Konnie) Scott, Rochester, Indiana, Lisa (Mike) Barry, Clarkston, Michigan, Christopher Scott, Bainbridge, Indiana, grandchildren, Skyler Scott, Rochester, Indiana, Lillian Scott, Bloomington, Indiana, Noah Scott, Bainbridge, Indiana, Taylor Scott, Rockford, Illinois, Tyler (Maggie) Barry, Lake Orion, Michigan, Madison (Luke) Donald, Grand Rapids, Michigan, Annalee Barry, Auburn Hills. Michigan, great grandchild, Mason Barry, Lake Orion, Michigan, sisters-in-laws, Adela George, Gordonsville, Virginia, and Janet George, Kokomo, Indiana, She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Max George and Robert George.

Graveside services will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, November 20, 2021, at the Camden Cemetery, Camden, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
