Linda G. Miner 70, Warsaw, Indiana, passed away at 9:52 A.M. on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at Cedar Creek of Warsaw.
She was born on January 31, 1955, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, to Ted and Becky (Johnson) Skeans. She was a member of the Warsaw Community High School class of 1973. On June 6, 1976, in Warsaw, Indiana, she married Charles M. “Mike” Miner. He preceded her in death on February 22, 2022.
Linda had been a homemaker and had also worked for Kosciusko Community Hospital, various nursing homes and had done home care for hospice. She enjoyed volunteering at Baker Youth Club, quilting, cooking and baking, especially pies.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Austin Miner, Pierceton, Indiana, Madison Miner, Pierceton, Indiana, brothers, James Skeans, New Jersey, Jerry (Janice) Skeans, Atwood, Indiana, Ted (Opal) Skeans Jr., Warsaw, Indiana, Joseph (Lauri) Skeans, Warsaw, Indiana, Terry Skeans, New Jersey, sisters, Mary Alice Park, Milford, Indiana, Jan Skeans, Warsaw, Indiana, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, son, Justin R. Miner, brother, Jack Skeans and sister, Barbara Skeans.
Private interment will take place at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the Baker Youth Club, Warsaw, Indiana. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com
