Joshua D. Spencer 42, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 3:21 P.M. Friday, November 24, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on October 10, 1981 in Rochester, Indiana. He was an U.S. Army veteran having served in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom. He enjoyed shooting his guns at the firing range, working on his car, culture, religion and being with his beloved cat, Sosa.

Survivors include his daughter, Arissa Enderle, Fort Wayne, Indiana, mother and step-father, Christal Jewell (Rich) Garrison, Rochester, Indiana, siblings, Mitchell Levi Spencer, North Judson, Indiana, Jade Dawn Jewell, Rochester, Indiana, grandmother, Verna Oliver, Rochester, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his grandson, Oliver Jackson and grandfather, Junior Oliver.

Graveside services will be conducted at 2:00 P.M. Friday, December 1, 2023 at Citizens Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana, where military graveside services will be conducted by the Fulton County Veterans’ Honor Guard. Memorial contributions may be made to D.A.V. or the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana.
