Jeffery D. McCroskey

Jeffery Dean McCroskey, 64, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 12:35 P.M. Thursday December 23, 2021, at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, Indiana.

He was born on August 16, 1957 in Rochester, Indiana, the son of Wilbur Dean McCroskey and Marolyn (Dawson) Stemm. On February 4, 1983, in Orrville, Ohio, he married Cathy Scott and she survives.

Mr. McCroskey had been an owner /operator truck driver and had worked for various trucking companies as well as working for Rochester L.P. He attended Christian Life Fellowship and enjoyed hunting and fishing.

Survivors include his wife, Cathy McCroskey, Rochester, Indiana, children, Brenda (Jacob) Juday, Frankton, Indiana, Brad (Tarah) McCroskey, Little Rock, Arkansas, Brett (Autumn) McCroskey, Logansport, Indiana, Brandon (Rochelle) McCroskey, Anderson, Indiana, Brandi McCroskey, LaPorte, Indiana, grandchildren, Elijah Juday and Elliot Juday, both of Frankton, Indiana, Avery McCroskey, Little Rock, Arkansas, Lily McCroskey, Logansport, Indiana, David Juarez, Anderson, Indiana, Chloe McCroskey and Naomi McCroskey, Anderson, Indiana, mother, Marolyn Stemm, Rochester, Indiana,  sister, Connie Jean (Jim) Miller, Louisville, Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, Dean McCroskey and step-father, Ken Stemm.

A memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, January 8, 2022, at the Fulton Community Building, Fulton, Indiana. Friends may call from 11 a.m. until the start of the service.
