James Paul Clemons 52, Rochester, Indiana passed away at 6:50 A.M. Tuesday June 1, 2021, at Logansport Memorial Hospital, Logansport, Indiana.

He was born on December 25, 1968 in Lafayette, Indiana the son of Donald E. Bailey and Rachel Leeann Wicker Clemons.

Mr. Clemons had worked various construction jobs over the years. He enjoyed NASCAR racing, music, rebuilding and fixing mechanical things, computers and fishing.

Survivors include his children, Jeffery Reffett, Florida, Jamie R. Clemons, Lafayette, Indiana, Christopher Leffert, Lafayette, Indiana, Bailey Clemons, Warsaw, Indiana, Katie Clemons, Warsaw, Indiana, father, Donald (Sue) Bailey, Wolcot, Indiana, siblings, Laurie Clemons, North Carolina, Robin Lee Clemons, Lafayette, Indiana, William J. Clemons, Rochester, Indiana, Mark A. Clemons, Rochester, Indiana, Tammy Bailey, Wolcot, Indiana, Jennifer Bailey, Wolcot, Indiana, dear friend, Holly Hinds, six grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Rayna Leeann Clemons in 2020 and his mother, Rachel Leeann Wicker.
