Donald Eatmon Obituary

Donald Eugene Eatmon, 54, passed away at his home on Tuesday, August 9, 2022. He was born in Rochester, Indiana on September 7, 1967 to James and Beverly (Nichols) Eatmon.

Donald is survived by his siblings, Jerry Eatmon, Little Rock, Arkansas, Brenda (Roger) Vogel, Lafayette, Indiana, Deb (Russ) Howell, Rochester, Indiana, Pattie (Don) Gossar, Vincennes, Indiana, Robert Eatmon, Rochester, Indiana and Juli (Johnny) Irvin, Mt. Airy, Georgia. He also leaves behind his special canine friend, Casper.

He was preceded in death by his parents, grandparents and a sister, Linda.

Before his health declined, he worked at Fulton Industries and at Hammel Wrecking and owned a moped repair business.

Donald enjoyed going to garage sales and auctions. He collected wooden boxes, knives and Eagles. He had a heart of gold and was always willing to help his friends.

He was a 1986 graduate of Rochester High School and lived in the area most of his life.

A time to celebrate Don’s life will take place from 3:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M., with a Memorial Service at 5:30 P.M., Monday, August 15, 2022 at the Lions Club, 102 Monticello Road, Rochester, Indiana.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
