Deborah “Deb” Jane Ogle 65, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 7:57 A.M. on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at Ascension St. Vincent Hospital, Kokomo, Indiana.
She was born on October 26, 1959, in LaPorte, Indiana, the daughter of William Fowler and Maggie Doran.
Deb had worked at Winamac Coil Springs, and along with her mother, Maggie, had worked at Covey’s Cove, Main Street Tavern, Margaritta’s and the Chicken Coop. Since 2007, she was the owner and operator of Tweedle D’s Restaurant. She was a member of the Eagles and the American Legion and enjoyed shopping, and spending time with family and friends.
Survivors include children, Joshua (Becca) Ogle, Rochester, Indiana, Aaron (Jessie) Ogle, Rochester, Indiana, Braxton Bowers, Rochester, Indiana, Brandy Peek, Peru, Indiana, fiance’, Larry Joe Bowers Jr., Rochester, Indiana, grandchildren, Eian Haywood, Rochester, Indiana, Izahbella Scott, Plymouth, Indiana, Krystal Scott, Rochester, Indiana, Emersyn Ogle, Rochester, Indiana, Kynedi Ogle, Rochester, Indiana, great grandchildren, Emmerich Haywood, Rochester, Indiana, Rosalina Suarez, Rochester, Indiana, Parker Bowers, Rochester, Indiana, Paislee Bowers, Rochester, Indiana, Ella Peek, Peru, Indiana, T.J. Peek, Peru, Indiana, brothers, Charles “Chuck” (Karin) Fowler, Rochester, Indiana, John (Allee) Fagan, Macy, Indiana, James (Donna) Fagan, Rochester, Indiana, half-brother, Randy (Lisa) Fowler, South Bend, Indiana, and canine pals, Maggie, Pixie, Scruffy and feline pal, Callie. Preceding her in death were her parents and brother, Joseph D. Fagan.
Friends may visit from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. on Monday, October 27, 2025, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Graveside services will take place at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Memorials may be made to Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
