Deborah Cauley

Deborah L. Cauley 75, Plymouth, Indiana, passed away at 9:12 P.M. Sunday, May 18, 2025 at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, Indiana.

She was born on June 21, 1949 in Blue Island, Illinois, the daughter of Chester and Marilyn (Pronger) Austin. After a very brief courtship she married the love of her life, Patrick Cauley in 1972 in Alabama and he preceded her in death on Oct. 5, 2004.

Deborah had worked in the decal department at Monon Trailer, Monon, Indiana and as a secretary for Valley Tool and Stamp in Logansport, Indiana. She enjoyed birds, puzzles, and collecting Disney figurines.

Survivors include her children, Jennifer (Robert) Fickle, Rochester, Indiana, Christopher Cauley, Lafayette, Indiana, grandchildren, Austin Fickle, Mishawaka, Indiana, Hayden Fickle, Mishawaka, Indiana, Case Cauley, Lafayette, Indiana, sisters, Joan (Tom) Dorn, Buchanan, Michigan and Christine Doberstein, Madsen, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Steve Austin.
