Daniel R. Quisenberry 64, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 1:29 P.M. Tuesday, September 15, 2020, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Mishawaka, Indiana.
He was born on May 20, 1956 in East Chicago, Indiana, the son of Raymond Daniel and Corinthy (Kerr) Quisenberry. He was a United States Navy veteran having served during the Vietnam War. His first marriage was to Marian Simpson, they later divorced. He married Margaret Mary Schultz and she preceded him in death.
Daniel had worked as a chef, a construction worker and was extremely proud of the work he did in prison ministries. He attended Antioch Baptist Church and was dedicated to his Bible studies. He enjoyed shooting, martial arts, bow hunting and after he became disabled, he enjoyed riding around his neighborhood on his scooter to visit.
Survivors include his children, Deborah (Wade) Moss, Rochester, Indiana, Daniel Quisenberry, Green Bay, Wisconsin, Jacob (Denise) Quisenberry, Hendersonville, North Carolina, Jeremie Quisenberry, Hendersonville, North Carolina, Joshua Quisenberry, Hendersonville, North Carolina, Francesca (Josh) Carroll, Hendersonville, North Carolina, Elizabeth (Rafael) Jimenez, Delong, Indiana, Krystal Quisenberry, Knox, Indiana, Anthony Wittman, South Carolina, twenty five grandchildren, sister, Diana (David) Gilbert, Munster, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter, Pamela Gravely, grandson, Ronald Carter III, brothers, David Zaja and Randy Johnson.
