Carlotta Roe

Carlotta D. Roe 89, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 10:56 A.M. Monday, November 15, 2021 at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, Indiana.

She was born on March 17, 1932 in Knox, Indiana, the daughter of William and Doris (Corey) Solliday. On April 8, 1952 in Rochester, Indiana, she married George H. “Doc” Roe. He preceded her in death on August 18, 2001.

Carlotta had worked for Wile’s Department Store and retired from Hart Schaffner and Marx. She enjoyed interior decorating her home.

Survivors include her children, Wayne Douglas Roe, John Patrick Roe, Mary Sue O’Dell, Nancy Patricia Hart, all of Rochester, Indiana, thirteen grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren and fourteen great-great grandchildren, sister, Doris Marks, Angola, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Lisa Marie Tillman and brother, William Solliday.

Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, November 19, 2021, at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Arrangements by Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com
