Beverly A. Slisher

Beverly A. Slisher 82, Logansport, Indiana and longtime Rochester, Indiana resident, passed away at 2:59 A.M. Sunday, October 16, 2022, at Woodbridge Health Campus, Logansport.

She was born on January 22, 1940 in Fulton County, Indiana, the daughter of Ashel W. and Ruth M. (Crispen) Tabler. On June 12, 1960 in Logansport, Indiana, she married Fred L. Slisher. He preceded her in death on November 7, 2012.

Beverly had been a homemaker and worked for the Olin Corporation, Peru, Indiana. She retired from working as a concierge from Logansport Memorial Hospital, Logansport, Indiana. Beverly loved spending time outside and enjoyed bird watching.

Survivors include her children, Lonie (Nadine) Slisher, Peru, Indiana, Darla (Brent) Clemons, Rochester, Indiana, Bryan (Michaela) Slisher, Rochester, Indiana, Paul (Ellen) Slisher, Rochester, Indiana, grandchildren, Quincy Prenatt, Rochester, Indiana, Mason Prenatt, Rochester, Indiana  Lindsey Clemons, Twelve Mile, Indiana, Ashley (Brad) Moon, Twelve Mile, Indiana, Rodney Clemons, Manor, Texas, Callie Clemons, Rochester, Indiana, Brandon (Lynn) Slisher, Mishawaka, Indiana, Bryana Slisher, Kokomo, Indiana, Ginger Slisher, Rochester, Indiana, great grandchildren, Carley Moon, Lucas Moon, Molly Moon and Eiley Moon, all of Twelve Mile, Indiana, brother, Larry Tabler, Logansport, Indiana, sister, Marcia (Ray Trump) Honkomp, Argos, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister, Mary Louise Nolen, brothers, Richard “Dick” Tabler and Randall Tabler.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 21, 2022, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may visit from 9:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M, Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Fulton Cemetery, Fulton, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
