Beulah Mae “Goldie” Cox 97, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 7:29 A.M. Sunday, June 29, 2025 at her residence.
She was born on July 1, 1927 in Prestonsburg, Kentucky the daughter of Oscar and Judie (Ousley) Bradley. She first married Robert Eugene Cooper on May 20, 1945 and they had four children, Judy Ann, Linda Sue, Gloria Kay and Barbara Jean. They later divorced. She later married Cleon LeRoy Cox on January 28, 1967 and he preceded her in death on November 12, 2001
Beulah had worked at Hart, Schaffner & Marx in Rochester and for The Bindery in North Manchester, Indiana. She had also been a child care provider. She belonged to the Gospel Hill Church in Silver Lake, Indiana and Westside Apostolic Church, Rochester. She enjoyed crocheting, baking and cooking, and tending to her flower garden.
Survivors include her daughters, Judy Ann (Noel) Kamp, Rochester, Indiana, Linda Sue Miller, Rochester, Indiana, Gloria (Warren) Lease, Rochester, Indiana, grandchildren, Rob (Lisa) Kamp, Kokomo, Indiana, Nicholle McLochlin, Rochester, Indiana, Richelle (Tom) Ngondo, Rochester, Indiana, Traci Miller, Rochester, Indiana, Ricky Miller Jr., Hardeeville, South Carolina, Kassandra (Devon) McCane, Rochester, Indiana, Jeremy (Becci) Zeiger, Rochester, Indiana, twenty-two great grandchildren, and twelve great-great grandchildren. Preceding her in death were her parents, daughter, Barbara Jean Cooper, brothers, Claude Bradley Sr., Floyd Bradley Sr., sisters, Dorcas Marie Kovach, Myrtle Gray, granddaughter, Tina Goble, son-in-law, Ricky Miller, grandson-in-law, Jeff McLochlin, and great-granddaughter, Alexis Marie Hamilton-Miller.
Funeral services will be conducted at 12:00 P.M. Thursday, July 3, 2025, at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may visit from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Thursday at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fulton County Animal Adoption and Education Center.
