Richard Glenn Greer

Richard Glenn Greer 89, Rochester, Indiana, passed away 9:50 P.M. Wednesday July 31, 2019 at Aperion Care, Peru, Indiana.

He was born on April 19, 1930 in Fulton County, Indiana, the son of Glenn and Letitia L. (Hoffman) Greer. On February 13, 1953 in South Bend, Indiana, he married Marglee Kindig. She preceded him in death on February 26, 2016.

Mr. Greer had been a farmer all his life. Besides farming, he enjoyed being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren and always enjoyed visiting with people.

Survivors include his son, Rick and wife Sara Greer, Akron, Indiana, grandchildren, Melinda (Joe) Gregory, Rochester, Indiana, Amanda (John) McQueary, Rochester, Indiana, Mark (Kylie) Greer, Kewanna, Indiana, Miranda (Matt) Sroufe, Rochester, Indiana, Christine Cripe, Roann, Indiana, Mandy Cripe and companion Troy Jenkins, South Whitley, Indiana, Nich (Jamie) Cripe, North Manchester, Indiana, nine great grandchildren, brother, Ken (Linda) Greer, Mountain Grove, Missouri and sister, Jeannine (Randy) Stetson, Oakland Township, Michigan.

Funeral services will be conducted at 5:30 P.M. Tuesday August 6, 2019 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may call from 4:00 P.M. to 5:30 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
