Phyllis J. Cleaver 85, Flint, Michigan and formerly of Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 2:10 A.M. Friday May 11, 2018 at her residence in Flint, Michigan.
She was born on February 7, 1933 in Rochester, Indiana, the daughter of Howard M. and A. Margaret (Koch) Taylor.
Phyllis had been a cake decorator owning and operating the Cake Kitchen in Rochester and Lafayette, Indiana. She had been a member of Kappa Delta Phi sorority and the Women of the Moose Lodge.
Survivors include her children, Mark and wife Joanne Cleaver, Manistee, Michigan, Steven Cleaver and wife Jonetta Reece, Tucson, Arizona, Sandra and husband Brad Bowers, Holly, Michigan, Gale and husband Dan Zielinski, Almont, Michigan, grandchildren, Samantha Cleaver and Ruben Nantogmah, Charlotte, North Carolina, Stephanie and husband Matt Six, Brooklyn, New York, Elizabeth Cleaver, Brooklyn, New York, great grandchildren, Saha Nantogmah, Nenia Nantogmah and Katali Nantogmah, all of Charlotte, North Carolina, sisters, Frances Pickens, Rochester, Indiana, Sharon Rider, San Antonio, Texas, brother, Russell H. and wife Judy Taylor, Plymouth, Indiana.
