Kenneth E. Warmbrod 84, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 12:51 P.M. Saturday May 13, 2017 at his residence.

He was born on September 12, 1932 in Winamac, Indiana, the son of John and Lela (Tillotson) Warmbrod. On October 21, 1951 in Winamac, Indiana, he married Dorothy Young and she survives.

Early in life, Mr. Warmbrod had worked for Tri-City Electric, Hammond, Indiana, had worked on the family farm and had transported can milk for Crystal Dairy. He retired as owner /operator of his own trucking operation. He had been a member of the Teamsters Union, former Moose Lodge member and was a member of the Fulton County Historical Power Association. In his spare time he enjoyed restoring tractors, riding his motorcycles, hauling sand and dirt for various customers and traveling.

Survivors include his wife, Dorothy Warmbrod, Rochester, Indiana, son, Mike and wife Sylvia Warmbrod, Decatur, Illinois, daughters, Kathy and husband David Isbell, Carolyn and husband Jim Pennell, Melinda and husband Robert Styles, all of Rochester, Indiana, eight grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Carl Warmbrod, sisters, Vera Warmbrod and Velma Blackburn.

Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 A.M. Thursday May 18, 2017 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may call from 4-8 P.M. Wednesday and one hour prior to service Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in McKinley Memorial Gardens, Winamac, Indiana. Online condolences may be expressed at www.zimmermanbrosfh.com
