John F. Thomas 75, Rochester, Indiana passed away at 4:25 P.M. Friday November 3, 2017 at Woodlawn Hospital, Rochester, Indiana.

He was born on October 3, 1942 to John R. and Kathryn M. Thomas. He had previously lived in Arizona for many years working for a major security guard company in the Phoenix area. He had also worked in maintenance in the Chesterton, Indiana School system.

John attended the Rochester Church of the Nazarene and enjoyed going the Community Center for activities. He enjoyed having his cat “J.B.” as his faithful feline companion, loved watching the History Channel and playing bingo.

Survivors include his nephews, David and wife Shana Thomas, Rochester, Indiana, Robert William and wife Dawn Thomas, Rochester, Indiana, niece, Tina Russell, Rochester, Indiana.
