Harvey Neil Smith

Harvey Neil Smith, 68, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 9:59 A.M. Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his home.

He was born on June 10, 1950 in Rochester, Indiana, the son of Harvey Nye and Elizabeth Jean (Zellers) Smith.

He worked for NAPA Auto Parts in Rochester, Indiana for over 40 years and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge.  He was a Chicago Bears fan, enjoyed Star Trek, and loved riding and working on his Kawasaki motorcycle.

Survivors include his daughter, Kim Minks, Rochester, Indiana, two grandchildren, Johanna McIntyre and Jadenne Minks, both of Rochester, Indiana, sister, Anita and husband Kenny Miller, Warsaw, Indiana, and nieces, Lori and Lisa.  He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, James Robert ‘Jim Bob’ Smith.

A Memorial Service will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 19, 2018 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana.
