Raymond D. Lewis 56, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 7:40 A.M. Wednesday December 7, 2016 in Marshall County, Indiana.

He was born on May 25, 1960 in Monticello, Indiana, the son of Fern T. and Bonnie Jean (Brohard) Lewis.

Mr. Lewis was a union construction worker for Laborers International Union of North America, currently working for Leidal & Hart Mason Contractors, Livonia, Michigan. He had been a member of the Northern House of Pray in Rensselaer, Indiana, and enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, was a huge Dale Earnhardt Sr. fan, and enjoyed spending time with all his grandbabys.

Survivors include his sister, Dixie Lewis, Monterey, Indiana, brothers, Ronald and wife Robin Lewis, Rochester, Indiana, Rob and wife Stacy Lewis, Anderson, Indiana, Randy Lewis, Rochester, Indiana, fiance’ Linda Gross, Rochester, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Richard ‘Rick” Lewis in 2007 and Rodney C. Lewis in 2016.

Funeral services will be conducted at Noon Tuesday December 13, 2016 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Burial will follow at Fair Oaks Cemetery, Fair Oaks, Indiana.
