Linda H. Gross 69, Rochester, Indiana, passed away on Wednesday November 22, 2017 at her residence.

She was born on August 21, 1948 in Rensselaer, Indiana, the daughter of Leland and Ruby Elise (Selby) Wicker. On December 4, 1965 in Rensselaer, Indiana, she married Carlos Arthur Gross Jr. He preceded her in death on December 19, 1997.

Linda had worked as a transport driver for many years and had been a homemaker. She was a member of the Northern House of Pray, Rensselaer, Indiana. She enjoyed going to yard sales, gardening, quilting, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Survivors include her sons, Rodney and wife April Gross, Rochester, Indiana, Timothy and wife Jennifer Gross, Rensselaer, Indiana, grandchildren, Alysse Sweet and companion Kyle Draper, Las Vegas, Nevada, Michelle and husband Donald Wallace, Rochester, Indiana, Rodney Gross Jr. and fiance’ Jaide Posey, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Vickie and husband Jamie Miller, Rochester, Indiana, Phoenix Gross, Rensselaer, Indiana, Winter Gross, Indianapolis, Indiana, Carly Gross, Rensselaer, Indiana, Elijah Gross, Rensselaer, Indiana, eleven great grandchildren, sister, Bobbie and husband Stephen Sellers, Momence, Illinois, brothers, Kevin and wife Nancy Wicker, Rochester, Indiana, Daniel Wicker, Plymouth, Indiana, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Leland Wicker Jr., James Wicker, Charles David Wicker, sister, Rachel Wicker and fiance’ Raymond Lewis.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m. Friday December 1, 2017 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fair Oaks Cemetery, Fair Oaks, Indiana.
