We were close friends many years ago, we are proud to have been his friend. We thought so much of this man's knowledge and ability. We helped when the new hospital was built, do to Hal's leadership. He was a man that got things done, his actions were so beneficial to our city then. What can be said about such a man... He was a great guy. God bless his family, may they appreciate what a leader he was.
