Bill E. Brown 82, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 11:04 P.M. Sunday January 31, 2016 at his residence.

He was born on May 29, 1933 in Pulaski County, Indiana, the son of Louis E. and Olive (Harris) Brown. On September 9, 1956 in Peru, Indiana, he married Patsy L. Gayhart and she survives. He served with the Unites State Army during the Korean Conflict.

Mr. Brown had been a tool & die maker retiring from General Motors in Kokomo after twenty seven years of service. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, croquet, swimming, playing euchre, and he loved playing games with his children and grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Patsy Brown, Rochester, Indiana, children, Kathy Smith, Monticello, Iowa, Bill and wife Brenda Brown, Sharpsville, Indiana, Sharon and husband Joe Rock, Rochester, Indiana, six grandchildren, Christina Davis and husband Ian, Monticello, Iowa, Richard Lucker and wife Kathy, Rochester, Indiana, Michael Brown and wife Jenny, Kokomo, Indiana, Amanda Philapy and husband Josh, Sharpsville, Indiana, Casie Atkins and fiancé Neil Baumann, Rochester, Indiana, Joey Rock, Rochester, Indiana, several great-grandchildren, brother, Jerry Brown, Kokomo, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his father, Louis E. Brown, mother, Olive Jones, nine brothers and sisters and one great grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Thursday February 4, 2016 at Zimmerman Bros. Funeral Home, Rochester, Indiana. Friends may visit from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to service on Thursday at the funeral home.
