Bettie J. Wilson 84, Rochester, Indiana, passed away at 5:20 P.M. Wednesday July 27, 2016 at Life Care Center of Rochester.

She was born on August 1, 1931 in Valley Station, Kentucky, the daughter of Edford and Sudie Belle (White) Stroud. On November 14, 1959 in Michigan City, Indiana, she married E. Wayne Wilson. He preceded her in death on June 20, 2010.

Mrs. Wilson had worked as a press operator at Hart, Schaffner and Marx and in her free time enjoyed, plants, flowers, shopping and spending time with her family.

Survivors include her children, Sherry and husband Robert Halterman, Macy, Indiana, David Albert and wife Kathie Fall, Akron, Indiana, step-son, Randall and wife Leona Singleton, North Muskegon, Michigan, grandchildren, Anthony Halterman, Macy, Indiana, Andrew Halterman, Macy, Indiana, Marcus Halterman, Rochester, Indiana, Michelle and husband Craig Brouyette, Rochester, Indiana, Ryan and wife Amanda Fall, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Phillip and wife Stephanie Furnas, Fort Wayne, Indiana, Robert Furnas, Akron, Indiana, Malinda Furnas, Logansport, Indiana, Betty Lou Deadel, North Platt, Nebraska, Billie Jo Moore, Rochester, Washington, Bruce Lee Fromme, North Platt, Nebraska, Brittney Fromme, Rochester, Indiana, Dakota Fromme, Rochester, Indiana, Cheyenne Fromme, Rochester, Indiana, Jay Singleton, North Muskegon, Michigan, Larrisa and husband Eric DuRose, Muskegon, Michigan, Randall Ray Jr. and wife Heather Singleton, Michigan, forty seven great grandchildren, sisters, Leatta Conrad, Rochester, Indiana, Loletta Stroud, Akron, Indiana, Mona Sue Harmon, Indiana, brother, Charles and wife Annette Young, Rochester, Indiana. She was preceded in death by her son, Rusty Fromme, granddaughter, Dawn Bearman and grandson, Russell E. Fromme II.

Memorial graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. August 4, 2016 at Odd Fellows Cemetery, Rochester, Indiana, with Chaplain Jason See officiating.
